Located in the city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu which is known for being one of India's fastest growing industrial cities, we have a robust supply chain network capable of handling everything from raw casting procurement, heat treatment, various types of metal coatings, laser/water-jet/wire/gas cutting, electro-discharge machining, welding & fabrication, sheet metal Moulding and various other processes required to produce the best possible mechanical/industrial components that perform to the limits of their design.
Equipped with some of the best CNC machines available in the market, we are easily capable of achieving 0.010 mm tolerances and 0.020 mm repeatability. We have experience machining materials with up to 60-65 HRC hardness ranging from various Nickel alloys like Inconel, ferrous materials including cast iron, ductile iron and steel alloys like mild steel & various grades of stainless steel, non-ferrous materials like Aluminum and Copper alloys and even unconventional materials such as Acrylics.
